At Cherish Our Health we value person-centred care, independence, accessibility, collaboration, and evidence-based practice. We are committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality physiotherapy that supports people to live safely and independently in their own homes and communities.

Our mission is to support people across all ages to improve mobility, function, and quality of life through accessible community physiotherapy. We deliver goal focused, home based rehabilitation for older clients and NDIS participants, enabling safer movement, increased independence, and meaningful community participation.
At Cherish Our Health, we are dedicated to helping seniors stay strong, mobile and well in the comfort of their own home. We take the time to understand what truly matters to each person we support, and we shape our physiotherapy care around their goals, preferences, and lifestyle.
We specialise in working with older adults to improve strength, balance, mobility, and confidence, supporting them to continue doing the activities they value most.
Each physiotherapy journey begins with a thorough assessment and the development of a personalised care plan, ensuring clear communication and shared understanding between the physiotherapy client and any other health care providers. After this, our physiotherapist designs an individualised home exercise program that reflects the client’s unique needs and home environment, increasing the likelihood of long-term success and independence.
Cherish Our Health specialises in supporting clients to complete their rehabilitation safely and effectively at home. The home environment is often the best place to recover, provided the right support, guidance, and expertise are in place.
Whether recovering from orthopaedic surgery, rebuilding strength after a fall, or regaining mobility following a prolonged hospital stay, our physiotherapists tailor every rehabilitation plan to the client’s own home environment. This personalised approach increases confidence, comfort, and the likelihood of a successful recovery.

Cherish Our Health proudly supports NDIS participants by providing physiotherapy that helps reduce barriers and build capacity for everyday life. Our physiotherapists work alongside participants to identify challenges and develop practical, personalised strategies to achieve their goals.
Whether someone is experiencing difficulty walking, struggling with balance, or simply unsure where to start, our team specialises in creating clear, achievable plans that support confidence, independence, and meaningful participation.
We value the support networks surrounding each participant. By involving family, friends, and support workers wherever possible, we help build understanding, skills, and consistency, key ingredients for long term success.

Remedial massage is a targeted hands on therapy designed to address soft tissue tension, muscular pain and movement restrictions. It may assist with improving mobility, circulation and flexibility, reducing discomfort and supporting physical function. For older adults and NDIS clients, remedial massage can complement broader allied health care and contribute to maintaining independence and quality of life.
